Fitafter50 Premium is not open for purchase yet, and nothing on this page can be bought today. These are the terms planned for the membership when it opens. The terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase.
Prices and renewal
The regular price is $9.99 a month or $99.95 a year. A membership renews automatically at the same price each period until you cancel. The Founding price is for the first 50 Founding Members across both plans: $49.95 a year or $4.99 a month. It stays the same on every renewal, with no change after 12 months or after the first year, for as long as your original membership stays open. It applies only to that membership: if the membership has fully ended, a new membership is at the regular price and does not use another Founding place.
If a payment fails
If a payment fails, we email you and your access continues for 72 hours while you update your payment method. If the payment is not fixed after 72 hours, your access is suspended until payment succeeds. A payment problem does not remove a Founding price: if the payment is fixed on the same membership, your access returns and your Founding price continues. A membership has fully ended when it is cancelled and its paid period is over, refunded, or closed by our payment provider after payment attempts keep failing.
Refunds
A monthly membership can be refunded in full within 5 days of your first payment. An annual membership can be refunded in full within 20 days of your first payment. A refund ends the membership. The same terms apply to regular and Founding memberships.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your membership page. Cancelling stops future renewal. Your access continues through the period you have already paid for.
How to ask for a refund
While you are inside the refund window, your membership page shows a refund button that refunds your first payment to the original payment method and ends your membership. You can also email david@fitafter50.com from the address you used to sign up. Your bank or card issuer controls how long the credit takes to appear.
Your rights under the law
Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law.
