You may request a full refund of the Bodyweight Home Starter within 30 days of purchase. No reason is required.
Earlier Founding Memberships
An earlier Founding Membership offer is no longer offered. If you bought one, the terms in effect when you bought it continue to apply to that purchase.
Contributions
Contributions are voluntary and non-refundable, except where the law requires or if we made an error. The 30-day guarantee above applies to purchases, not to contributions. If you believe a contribution was made in error, email david@fitafter50.com and we will review it.
How to request a refund
For Premium, once it is open, use the refund button on your membership page while you are inside the refund window, or email david@fitafter50.com from the address you used to sign up. For the Bodyweight Home Starter, email david@fitafter50.com from the address used at checkout. Do not include card details. We may ask for the purchase date or Stripe receipt information needed to locate the transaction.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long the credit takes to appear. Access that was paid for by a refunded purchase ends when the refund is issued.
Your rights under the law
Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law.
